Black explained that permit was approved in January, and since then the detailed design plans were finalized incorporating the revised conceptual plans.
"We've got some new suites we found the market wants in terms of size and square footage and we're going to be excited to release our final product in the near future," Tilley said, adding that the state of the project has come a long way in the months since Augustine has been involved.
Black said a construction permit will be the next thing needed before actually proceeding with work on the site, which should be submitted to the City in the next Adidas Sl Loop Runner Dollar few weeks.
"The first phase of work should be able to start with our first permit that we hope will be in hand by the beginning of June, roughly," Black said.
"And with those conceptual changes we needed to have a new development permit from the city."

It's something Regina Mayor Michael Fougere will be happy to see.
"It was almost like a start over on the project in some ways," said Greg Black, project manager with Fortress Real Developments. He explained that when the Ontario based company Augustine Group bought a majority stake in May 2013 the project had to get back on track.

"That's a prime spot that we want to see developed and we would encourage them to go forward," Fougere told CJME's Himpe, Don and Sam Maciag Tuesday morning.
Construction may finally begin on the long awaited Capital Pointe project in Regina this summer, four and a half years after it was first announced.

"There was two pieces of work that had to happen through 2013. The second thing that needed to happen was that there had been some redesign of the conceptual designs to the building," Black said.
